LIVING BY THE PARK

Work is currently underway on the facades of the buildings and on the rough floors and interior plastering inside.

We have completed the roof trusses on both buildings, including the waterproofing membrane. Inside the buildings, the rough water, sewer, and electrical systems are being installed, and preparations are beginning for the installation of the rough floors.

Even in winter, Park Kumpánova zahrada definitely has something to offer ❄️. Go make the first fresh tracks in the snow, build a snowman with your children, enjoy the sunshine—all just a few dozen meters from your future new home in Byty Borovského.

Construction is proceeding according to plan. The roof truss of one building has been completed, including the waterproofing foil. Inside the houses, interior partition walls, electrical wiring, sewage, water, and heating systems are being constructed.
