Construction is proceeding according to plan. Currently, the ceiling structures on the 2nd floor have been completed and bricklaying is underway on the 3rd floor.

Construction is progressing rapidly. Currently, the second floor has been bricked up in both buildings, and preparatory work on the ceiling structures is underway.

We would like to invite anyone interested in information about our project Byty Borovského to meet with our representatives at a wine tasting event, which will take place on Saturday, September 6, starting at 2 p.m. in the neighboring park Kumpánova zahrada.

Don't hesitate to choose your home, as more than 60 % of the apartments in our project Byty Borovského have already been sold. We are pleased that there is such great interest in this phase, which is part of our project Verde Slaný. Construction is progressing rapidly. Currently, the first floor of Building A has been bricked up and preparatory work on the ceiling structure is underway.

Thanks to the fact that our partner for financing the construction is the renowned bank Česká spořitelna, a.s., you will now only need 10 % of the purchase price of the apartment and the rest of the purchase price will be paid after the building is completed. You therefore have enough time to arrange a mortgage loan or you can still dispose of your savings at your own discretion until the time of final approval.

We have officially launched sales for the Byty Borovského project as part of the next phase of Verde Slaný. Choose from our selection of 24 apartments with layouts ranging from 3+kk to 4+kk. Each apartment has a balcony, terrace, or garden.

As part of the Verde Slaný project, we have started the construction of the next phase called Byty Borovského. The Park Kumpánova zahrada remains within easy reach. You can look forward to 24 very energy-efficient flats with a layout of 3+kk with a front garden or balcony and duplex flats 4+kk with a balcony. As with the previous phase, the construction is being carried out for us by Konsit, a.s. The apartments will soon be put on sale, but you can already contact us for more information.

We are continuing our first built house in the locality - the neighbouring Viladům Borovského and we are preparing for you other new apartments in an intimate project. Sales will be launched soon, so take the opportunity to get in to inform with us in advance. We can offer you a meeting place in our sales office in Slany or in our headquarters in Prague.

We are pleased to announce that the 6th stage of our sister project Na Malé Růži, which is currently under construction, has won the Public Award for the Central Bohemia Region in the largest competition of residential development projects in the Czech Republic, Real Estate Project of the Year 2024.
