Read the latest information about the construction of the chamber project Byty Borovského. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at any time - we are here for you. You can look forward to 24 very energy-efficient flats with a layout of 3+kk with a balcony or with a terrace and a front garden or a duplex 4+kk with a balcony. As with the previous phase, the construction is being carried out for us by Konsit, a.s. We will guide you step by step through the process of acquiring a new home for life.

Sales are underway. Don’t wait to choose your home—we’ve already sold 75% of the apartments.  

Planned completion/move-in is in Q1/2027.

We have completed the roof trusses on both buildings, including the waterproofing membrane. Inside the buildings, the rough water, sewer, and electrical systems are being installed, and preparations are beginning for the installation of the rough floors.
