We build very energy-efficient flats for you (energy class B) where, according to previous experience, we estimate the approximate monthly operating costs of about 68 CZK /m2 of the flat (according to current prices without electricity consumption). In the 1st phase of the Verde Slaný project and the Viladům Borovského project, we have found housing for couples desiring a cosy flat with a high degree of privacy, as well as families with children. Verde Slaný is being built in the immediate vicinity of the newly reconstructed Kumpánova zahrada urban park, in the revitalization of which we participated in the form of elaborating a study provided for implementation to the City of Slaný Municipal Council. A place for morning jogging, relaxing in the greenery, sitting with friends, walks with the stroller, reading a book or having a picnic on a blanket: you will have all of these just outside the door of your apartment without the extra cost of green maintenance.
