You do not have to worry about anything with us. We will lead you through the complicated process of obtaining a mortgage for the purchase of your own real estate and we will provide you with any and all help you need. We will advise you of how to improve your chances of a successful settlement and, if you want, we will make an appointment with a real estate broker. We have a lot of experience in selling apartments to customers that do not have the funds secured yet.

The purchase procedure is as follows:

1) after signing the reservation contract you pay the reservation fee of 100.000,- CZK,

2) after the conclusion of the contract of future purchase, you pay a supplement of up to 10 % of the purchase price incl. VAT,

3) you will pay the remaining 90 % of the purchase price of the apartment after the project is approved before signing the purchase contract.

You therefore have enough time to arrange the mortgage loan and at the same time have the opportunity to work with your savings until the completion of the project.
